PSA: Arena Recruitment in Trade

Ravenholdt
When will people realize that informing the trade about your resilience makes you look like you don't know what you are doing?

If you want to arena, give your credentials, and your goals, and what comp you want to run.

It is IMPLIED that people reach full pvp gear, or whatever is acceptable for high arena play before they want to join a serious team.

thanks ;)
4.1k Resilience Rogue With Legendary Daggers LF Arena Team. I'm a computer programmer who's goals are to pwn alliance face while jamming it out to the latest Justin Beiber soundtrack. I want to run triple rogue or double holy pally rogue. PST for more info. Also the 3s team is named The Jonas Brothers.

@Turkey: My guess is that players guilty of spamming their Resilience number in /trade don't read realm forums.
The best way to address that issue directly would be to whisper the "offenders" on a one-on-one basis as they're spamming in trade and inform them, if you really feel it's that big of a deal.

Cayreth is correct in that the majority of people spamming trade looking for an arena team probably will not be looking to these forums.

Personally, if I'm just looking in trade for someone to cap weekly points with, I don't care what their skill level is, and having a full set of gear is just fine by me. Consider your audience. Not everyone on the server is looking to play on your level.

getline(cin, spell_error);

cout<<"\nAhveros misspelled "<<spell_error<<" incorrectly, sorry bro";

return 0;

cout<<endl<<name<<" misspelled "<<spell_error<<" incorrectly, sorry bro";
cout<<endl;
return 0;
}
<CTRL+D>
g++ -O3 -Wall -o spelling-police spell.cpp

Figured we'll need it more than once. ;)

P.S. I do apologize to everybody for being particularly %#%@-ish about correcting spelling lately. I blame it on taking time off work.

stop messing with my code bro, not cool. Also why do you do endl when you can just do \n.

Yeah, get the average gnome all hopped-up on sugar, and then shut him in a room with no toys or anything else to keep him busy.

Not pretty folks. Not pretty.

When will people realize that informing the trade about your resilience makes you look like you don't know what you are doing?

This is what 90% of the people on realms like KT do, so they emulate it.
