I would like to send up the idea to have a live chat for all the departments you can reach by phone or even a call back service which you would put your phone number in and Blizzard will call you back when someone is available to talk to you about your issue. The unending wait time of 99 mins is bit harsh, please hire more reps or something.
If you want those with the power to make things such as this happen, you need to post in the General Discussion Forum. They do not read the Support Forums such as Customer Support or Tech Support for suggestions.
Due to the prolific nature of gaming accounts succumbing to keylogging attacks I highly doubt Blizzard would go with a live chat service when it comes to dealing with sensitive account information.
