Weird Frames-Per-Second Problem

Games, Gaming and Hardware
About to uninstall, is there any way I can keep my bartender settings? It's a PITA trying to set them up how I like them.
Back up WTF folder elsewhere. Do not save config.wtf inside the WTF folder though.

You may have to write down / remember UI scaling if that was used.

Good idea.
WoW isn't found in the "uninstall programs" section...
Because it was never installed in the first place, right? Just run installer from MoP DVD.

Can I just delete the file? Or will installer replace everything?
Installer will replace them, but I recommend installing it elsewhere, not inside Program Files.

WoW is under Users>Public>Games right now, where should I install it?
Somewhere that has nothing to do with Windows. IE) C:\Blizzard Games\WoW

That doesn't even come up in a search. And can I move it when it's done installing?
You simply install to that folder, you make them.

Yes, actually.

Can I just make a folder and put it in there? I don't know what folders have to do with Windows or not.
Whatever new folder you make at the root of your drive won't have anything to do with Windows.

So I could do Users>Public>Games and create a folder called WoW 2 or something? Sorry for these ridiculous questions, I am extremely nervous changing anything on my computer.
No, it should be at root. C:\ or D:\ or any drive root.

IE) You could make a folder at the root, like C:\Blizzard\WoW
So if I click C: it shows Program Files, Program Files x86, Intel, Users, etc. So make a file on that screen?
Yeah.
If I put in the disk it does straight to launcher if I hit run setup. Only other option is to open a folder.
Then you will have to do some registry work to remove WoW references from it.

Run regedit.exe

Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Blizzard Entertainment\

You will see World of WarCraft folder. Remove that key by right clicking that folder.

You may also see another Blizzard Entertainment under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node. Expanding that folder should see another World of WarCraft in this case. Remove that folder.

Sorry, this is such a late response. Have been busy.

Anyway, I don't see a Blizzard Entertainment under Software. There is only the Wow6432Node. And by remove you just mean delete?
