Not interested in applying, not even 90 and < 100 spot progression guilds are too much intensity for me, but I do have a question.

When you are a guild that actually tries, and apparently succeeds in a top US 100, top US 50, top US whatever, what do you look for in raiders to actually accept them?

When you get to this kind of progression you're likely aiming for the top 1% of raiders (pulling that number from my ooking dooker), so the things that your average decent raiding guild looks for would be almost assumed I would think. I would think that anyone applying to your guild, or TM (opinions aside), would already have the basic requirements (know mechanics, move from fire, do your job) down solidly.

I guess to condense my point: What does a guild that pushes for top places (WoL currently has Duality at 68th in the world) look for raiders, when the normal stuff to look for must already be implied by the stature of the guild?
