Getting Disconnected with new patch

Technical Support
Animism, I'd try switching to 11b mode on the MWN-WAPR150N, as described on Page 33 of the manual.

Already had that updated :/
Wait a minute. I'm just curious. Since after this patch most of these people (including me) are having connection problems. How is it possible that just the other night I was playing before the patch perfectly fine. And now the patch hits and most of the suggestions (which are appreciated don't get me wrong) are pointed towards player's hardware problems. Yesterday was fine... patch hits... People with connection issues.... I just don't see a cross over to how our hardware just instantly took a $#!+.

I just got done playing some league of legends games and other online games. Been downloading stuff as well... So I'm not sure its an internet thing. Any ideas blueman?

Do you have the latest firmware for the MWN-WAPR150N?

Kilir, do you know if this is happening to all of your friends and guildmates in RoastedQuail?

I don't know if our problems are the same but it not just my connection to WoW thats not working after the patch so something is going on my end now too i guess?
I contacted a couple friends and they are either working or busy elsewhere. But I have a few more people I can contact. Just seems wierd is all. Would you like me to continuing contacting some people and see if they are able to get online still?
Maybe Animism your problem is more delved closer to home. I guess I over read your issue. I thought it was more based on just WoW, not a more broad connection issues. Sorry for butting in x.x
Quick side note if I may. I noticed when I log in... I can't view any guild activities OR friends on my friends list. I can't even move. Not sure if that changes anything but just thought I'd throw that out there to see if there is similar issues between people.
We've had a few successes in this thread, depending on the particular combination of hardware. Can you post your details?

everyone is having the same problems, im sure its not us.. I was playing perfectly fine about 2 hours ago, no lag nothing then I get disconnected and had to download a patch now I cant even cast a mount

Usually I can tell if there's a server issue when the General, Trade, and Guild chats are getting spammed with everyone saying that they're lagging. If this is the case, we apologize, but other otherwise, we'll need to troubleshoot your particular issue, and try to narrow it down.

No worries my man. I'm just cruising forums and stuff as I wait for my web ticket to get picked next. Trying to see if I can do something for a fix or not. I'll keep checking back and rollin' around.

2 wire router

Wowzomb, I'd try changing the Wireless Mode from 802.11b/g to 802.11b

2Wire's support site shows how to do this:
