Reimplement PvP survivability talents

Priest
In Cataclysm's talent trees, each tree had some talent to help you survive or do something when getting melee trained that as of yet, have no equivalent in today's specializations. My notes are after the *

Discipline: Focused Will - Whenever you are the victim of an attack with damage equal to or greater than 10% of your total health, or are critically hit by any non-periodic attack, you gain Focused Will reducing all damage taken by 10% lasting up to 8 sec. and stacking up to 2 times. *This talent will likely work just fine as a passive effect to the specialization.

Holy: Blessed Resilience - Whenever you are the victim of an attack with damage equal to or greater than 10% of your total health, or are critically hit by any non-periodic attack, you gain Blessed Resilience increasing all healing received by 30% lasting up to 10 sec. *This talent will likely work just fine as a passive effect to the specialization.

Shadow: Harnessed Shadows - Increases the chance for you to gain a Shadow Orb when dealing damage with your Mind Flay and Shadow Word: Pain by 8%, and you have a 100% chance to gain a Shadow Orb when critically hit by any attack.

*This talent as it was obviously won't be compatible with how orbs are generated and used in MoP, but it has a nice base idea to work with. Shadow Orbs are only used to cast Devouring Plague and Psychic Horror, and having to choose between them is just painful since orbs take a while to generate in PvP. Devouring Plague is essentially a shadow priest's only decent self heal ability. Psychic Horror is on a long cooldown, and avid PvPers use weapon chains to render the Disarm effect mostly negligible since the disarm occurs and ticks down at the same as the horrify, and not after (ie. a 2-orb Psychic Horror being a 3 second horrify and a 1 second disarm afterward).

So let's try to redesign the talent a bit for today's environment for defensive value. Ignore the first clause about orbs on Mind flay and SW:P as you don't get Shadow Orbs casting these spells now. For orb generation on taking damage, allow the same activation requirements as Focused Will and Blessed Resilience, but perhaps but a 1 second ICD between procs so you won't potentially be getting 3 orbs in a single GCD. While Focused Will reduces further damage taken and Blessed Resilience increases healing you get, this type of Shadow anti-train talent will allow much more frequent access to multiorb Devouring Plagues. So when you are getting trained by every melee class in the game, you might actually be able to damage them in turn and heal yourself some.
I would like to think that in PvP, priests definitely need help.

...there's another concern of mine that Psychic Horror's cooldown is entirely too long for what it does and its requirement of a resource opposite Devouring Plague, but that's another thread altogether.
