Constant unexplained disconnects

Technical Support
Keep getting disconnects on loading screen from various realms with different characters. Whether it's on my home wireless Mac or at work on a hard lined PC, 2 totally different ISP's, same disconnects at 90% on load screen so I know it's not a router/firewall thing.

A little frustrated that I haven't been able to be on in a week.

This is a slightly different issue than what this post was intended for. My connections issues are in-game. I am having no problem logging into the game. I should have included that info in my original post...apologies.
Getting the same issue. Right now I can't even make five steps if I can load the game at all before getting dc'd.
what we have to do to get an answer around here?
i do believe someone found the problem i forgot what thread it was but at@t is at bandwith cap and its going to take 2 to 3 weeks to fix this issue thats what going on i do believe thats why blizz is keeping so quiet about it they dont want people knowing they are sol for 2 to 3 weeks
@Istillclick...no worries. I have a ticket up for 2 days so any poster who even mentions disconnects I'm chiming in.

don't even kid about it. :(
Same here. Walk five steps, DC every time. I've never had issues with dc's like this before =\

Trace complete.

Here is my last trace...lots of people on At&t are losing the same packets. If you are on At&t call them. Also, call Blizzard phone support and run a trace route with them. The Blizz phone support agent said he would inform At&t about the packet loss causing these issues.
been dealing withthis garbage all day. im on charter out in new england. my ping results are showing drops on my switchover to ATT servers. they (blizzard) told me to call AT&T to complain. but since i'm not a customer, at&t wont help me. It's ridiculous that this hasn't been addressed yet.
Battlenet is the customer to AT&T so they need to be the ones to solve this problem.
blizzard is waiting for at@t to release more bandwith there was a thread about it a little awhile ago so that is most likely the cause of the drops

Exactly what my local isp told me. They are provided their bandwidth from at&t so they said sometime next week whenever they decided to give the okay on releasing that is when the disconnections will stop.
in the mean time, we're being ignored
Time Warner, KCKS. Same problem constant DC's. Started early last night and hasn't let up despite going through all the trouble shooting steps.
Everything else interwise works fine and fast except WoW.

Hate to say this, but I noticed blues only answer to the minor issues, or the posts where someone posted in the wrong forum.

They need to hire more useful moderators, and fire the useless ones we have now, I've never actually gotten a response from a blue in these forums that isn't "Buy a new computer or get a wired internet connection."
<-- comcast
I'm in Louisiana and me and my wife are experiencing the exact same thing. One minute I'll be tanking a random..next everyone is running in place and it says "Disconnected from battle.net"....has been going on since I got back. Before the patch it was fine. No clue what is going on.

I've noticed something like that. But, it seems that they are answering any other posts besides those with this kind of issue, literally avoiding the problem.
I play Diablo 3,but am also experiencing disconnects.
