Battle.net Error 104

Mac Technical Support
When attempting to log into WoW today, I get Battle.net error 104. "The information you have entered is not valid."

I've then proceeded to attempt a password rest. Nothing. Authenticator Removal, nothing. Re-add authenticator, nothing.

Attempted to delete the battle.net cache folder as described here: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/7199962171, nothing.

I can log into Diablo just fine, but not WoW. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Is this at the login screen ?

Is it doing it right after putting in the password or a little bit of time after ?
Right after I attempt to login. I enter my password, then it pops up.

No ideas on this? I've missed two raid nights because of it.

I am having the same problem. Just started wow again yesterday and havent been able to log in because of this

If it's coming up right after you put your user name and password in that's an indication you can't get to port 1119 of the login server.

Try telneting into that port on the login server :

https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/battle-net-telnet-testing

Let us know the results.
AUTH_BAD_CREDENTIALS = 104

This means you have reached the server, but the information that is being used to verify your account is invalid.

  • If you do insist that you have entered the right information, try logging into the Battle.net site to be sure.
  • If the issue persists, try to reset your password.

im having the same issue
Had the error as well, looks like my authenticator lost connection somehow, just need to resync it and it should work
Ok, I tried the telnet, I DID log in to my battle.net site and i did reset my password. Still nothing.
Do you have an authenticator? Have you tried to sync that?

I had this then just restarted my router and it was fixed.
I have restarted my router, flushed the cashe, unintsalled authenticator, re-installed authenticator, reset password and i am still receiving this error.
Do you have an authenticator? Have you tried to sync that?

same problem here now and im not using mac or mobile authenticator.... wtf nice job blizz
