Deep freeze and Diminishing Returns

Mage
Post Limit:
As a "controlled stun" does deepfreeze share DR with controlled stuns from other players?

I've noticed that sometimes my deeps only last 2-3 seconds, and not because they're dispelled. Let's say a druid mighty bashes a target right right before I switch to that target and deep it, is this the cause? Or if I deep a guy right after a warrior charges the target, did I just blow my main burst phase for a single icelance?

Yes.
Then we should get shatter and mastery benefits on ANY stunned target.

Hm that'd put us from god mode to "don't even think about winning vs a mage" mode.
I'll go too big though...

We'd function exactly the same in a 1v1, it would be a minor boost in pve against trash. And yes, it would make us godmode in nearly any 2's comp.

But !@#$%^-it, making our DAMAGE subject to diminishing returns is just stupid.

Maybe you should coordinate your stuns then because it's been that way since DF was implemented.

Aside from that whole, Combustion is also a stun and would be OP as hell if that worked, thing.
Its like that for everyone though, why should mages get special treatment with their stun?
this is why spriest are so good as partners. Your ccs and their ccs almost share no overlap
