tier 15 4set quesitons

Paladin
So i took a look at the tier 15 set bonuses and honestly wasnt to impressed with rets yet again, here it is : Item - Paladin T15 Retribution 2P Bonus (New) Your Exorcism causes your target to take 6% increased Holy damage from your attacks for 6 sec.
Item - Paladin T15 Retribution 4P Bonus (New) Your Crusader Strike has a 40% chance to make your next Templar’s Verdict deal all Holy damage.

Now Im unsure if the four set will be good or not, if mastery will be our best stat again because of the holy damage if anyone has any thoughts id love to to here them still curious on how we are looking next patch.

TV won't benefit from mastery, but it will benefit from Inquisition.
However TV will hit harder because of this, increasing how much extra damage mastery adds.
All in all haste still king.

Edit because typo
So do you think this 4 set will make that much of a diffrence I just dont see it happening compared to all the others
The 4-piece proc will make TV hit almost twice as hard, because it will ignore armor AND benefit from Inquisition. The overall DPS increase from that set bonus is looking to be something like 3%, which is in the "normal-to-good" range as set bonuses go.

The 2p bonus is also looking to be a DPS increase of a few percent; +6% from the debuf is much smaller than double, but it will affect most of our damage and have a pretty high uptime.
TBH i personally think this will help out some of the people that have a good rotation going on for them. I am anxious to see how much better my dps will work out with the bonus. My only concern about this new gear is to be what stats they linked up to them I mean putting expertise on tiered gear what crap is that.
Putting expertise on tier gear isn't necessarily bad, it can just get problematic depending on how much there is floating about the rest of the gear. Better to have the extra expertise, though, since we don't gem it at all; we do gem hit using hybrid colors to match blue sockets, so I'd rather see the expertise than extra hit.
