I'm looking into getting a new PC, and I don't have an extreme amount of cash I can drop on a tower. I'm currently looking at two computers.

This would not only be used for WoW, but Photoshop CS6 as well as Diablo 3 and other games. Would either one of these PCs be at least decent? Or am I wasting my money?
The first link has an Nvidia gt 610 which is a minor step over onboard video. It WILL play the game, but you will have to set everything at low and probably run around 20fps.

The 2nd link has a AMD Radeon HD 7450, which is a little better, but you will probably get around the same results.

Both would be good choices if you invested about another $150 on a new graphics card (everything else is more than fine). Shame on best buy for calling either of those "gaming" computers.
I assume you are sticking with those two options then http://www.bestbuy.com/site/HP+-+ENVY+Desktop+-+10GB+Memory+-+1TB+Hard+Drive/6835567.p?id=1218809260533&skuId=6835567&st=hp%20envy&cp=1&lp=4 will be best (just need a better graphics and may be a new PSU since they don't state what it is.... heck I know they may give you a low wattage PSU and downgrade the performance of the graphics card)

If you want to check out a good website to build a computer then go here http://pcpartpicker.com/

Also when determining on getting a new graphics card to replace the old one then have a look at this http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html (I don't think either the graphics card mention in those two systems are listed here so it's obvious it is what I call "crapoware")

Anyways everything else is nice for a "low-budget" gaming pc....

Typically buying a "pre-built" pc isn't really ideal for gaming heck who knows you might end up customizing/building your own even cheaper/better...
