Ok, someone please explain this to me; the Development team, per blue post, wants to give Retribution something that makes it stand out in an RBG versus simply bringing a Holy Paladin.

I quote:

"We agree that Retribution does not offer enough benefits to an Arena or Battleground team beyond just taking a Holy paladin. We are going to try a change where Hand of Sacrifice also dispels all harmful magic effects on the target for Ret only."

What is it in this idea of giving Ret Paladins something Holy Paladins already bring to the table makes a the spec unique and useful vs. just bringing the Holy Paladin? Is it so difficult to ask for something unique in the toolbox (like the raid-wide E4E that will probably end up as a Warrior or DK talent in a future patch/expansion)?
