Som não vai para os fones ao jogar Starcraf 2

Limite de Postagens:
Toda vez que inicio meu Starcraft 2 todos os sons que saem do meu sistema vão para as caixas de som, mesmo com o fone conectado. Estou desanimado com Starcraft 2 só por causa disso e estou quase parando de jogar.

Já atualizei meus drives de audio, da placa de video(NVIDIA) e o DirectX que estou usando é o 11.

Meu drive de audio é o -> IDT a versão que estou usando é a 6.10.6276.0 , não encontrei outra versão mais atualizada no site do fabricante.
Fora esses drives tem o da placa NVIDIA, mas também estão na ultima versão.

No jogo já alterei a saída de áudio para ir direto para os fones e mesmo assim o som vai para as caixas.


Por favor, alguem pode me ajudar?

Perguntas. Qual foi a ultima vez que funcionou de corretamente? O som sai pela caixa de som quando você remove os fones? Não creio que seria esse o problema, mas você já tentou rodar a ferramente de reparo só para ter certeza?

Faça o favor de postar o dxdiag aqui para que possamos verificar algumas informações?

Desde que instalei o jogo está assim. Já utilizei a ferramenta de reparo(que fica dentro da pasta Support do Starcraft 2) do jogo e este problema continuou. O som não sai nos fones, nem com eles conectados e também com eles desconectados, o som só sai pela caixas de som. Com outros jogos funciona perfeitamente nos fones.

Na coluna "Configuração", que opções estão escolhidas em "Dispostivo de Saída", e em "Configuração do alto-falante"?
Que outras escolhas existem nessas 2 opções?

Também ja fiz isso desde que comprei o jogo, faz mais de mês. Alterei para sair o áudio direto no fone e não adiantou.
Ok, isso vai parecer bobo, mas tem certeza que o jack de som que você está tentando usar esteja funcionando? Tente, ao invés de plugar na frente, plugar o fone atrás da máquina e vê se ajuda?

A entrada de som funciona para outras coisas ou você nunca testou??

Como já informado. Em outros jogos o som sai normal pelos fones.
Windows Media Player também reproduz o som das música nos fones sem nenhum problema. Apenas no Starcraft 2 acontece isso.

Utilizo um notebook, tem duas entradas de fone padrão(a verde), testei em ambas e até com outro fone de outra pessoa e o mesmo problema continua.

Quando fecho o Starcraft 2 o som volta a passar nos fones, e assim que o abro novamente, todos os sons que estão sendo emitidos pelo notebook vão para as caixas, não só o do jogo, até fecha-lo novamente para o áudio voltar ao normal.

Tente desligar o speaker no Painel de Controle do Windows. Verifique se o som continua a passar pelo fone de ouvido, e teste o jogo.

Se funcionar, pode deixar o speaker desligado enquanto usa o fone. Lembre-se de reativá-lo assim que quiser voltar a usar.

Olá!
Desativei o speaker nas opções de audio e defini o fone como saída padrão, ao iniciar o jogo, o fone(que estava funcionando corretamente com o player de música) foi desativado e fiquei completamente sem áudio(com um "x" ao lado do simbolo de áudio do windows).

Verifiquei novamente as configurações de áudio do jogo após essa alteração no windows e mesmo assim não houve sucesso.

Agora que não estou jogando, as opções disponiveis são Speakers and Dual Headphones(que são as caixas de som) e Independent Dual Headphones(fones de ouvido). Desta forma, sem Starcraft 2, o som está saindo no Independent Dual Headphones.

Quando eu inicio Starcraft 2 o Speakers and Dual Headphones(caixas de som) fica ativado, mas o Independent Dual Headphones é desativado automaticamente.

Encontrei alguns jogadores que conseguiram resolver o mesmo problema no Fórum inglês.
As soluções são ligeiramente diferentes para certos jogadores, mas se necessitar ajuda, terei todo o gosto em traduzi e tentar 1 por 1 a ver se funciona. ;)

A primeira tentativa de sucesso parece ser colocar o Speakers and Dual Headphones como opção padrão no Windows. Essa sugestão está aqui com alguns votos positivos de outros jogadores.

E os passos parecem ser:

Right-click on your speaker icon in the system tray, go to Playback Devices, and make sure Default Device is set to what you want, and make sure there is no Default Communications Device setting.

Clicar no icone do som com o botão direito, Playback (reprodução), e colocar como padrão Speakers and Dual Headphones, certificando que a opção Default Communications Device não está listada ou está removida.

Estava acompanhando o tópico, pois estava com o mesmo problema. A solução apresentada nesse último post foi bem útil pra mim. Funcionou muito bem, só a qualidade do som que diminuiu comparando quando uso os fones fora do jogo, mas nada que cause tanto incômodo assim.

Anne, para resolver o problema da qualidade do som, clique com o botão direito no ícone do Som na barra lateral do windows, escolha a opção "Dispositivos de Reprodução" - Escolha as Caixas Acústicas e Dual Headphones e vá na aba Avançado.
No formato padrão, troque a Taxa de Amostragem e Intensidade de Bits para "24 bits, 192000 Hz (Qualidade de Estúdio)" e depois clique em aplicar.....
