Disconnect Issue

Keeps happening to me. I switched computers to my wife's Mac and it wasn't happening on her computer, just on my PC.

I have been disconnected numerous times like the other people in this thread.

It ruined two arena runs. I won't try again until this is sorted.

Same thing here, was winning in arena multiple times and got dced and lost the game.

Also experiencing this issue and it seems to happen at random intervals.

Like others I am monitoring my internet connection and it didn't go down so assuming its connection issues with Bliz servers.

Not sure if others have noticed but the Bliz console sometimes gets disconnected when this happens too which would point to a server side issue as internet connection was still available.

All seems very unstable at the moment and I agree with others it's frustrating, especially when winning :)

Having the same issue. One out of every two or three games usually results in a disconnect, generally 5-10 minutes into the game. Fix this.

My problem was i got DC'd during an arena match and it gave me a loss. i wouldnt be mad if arena was free but for $1.99 or even 150 gold a loss like that is uncontrolled and terrible

I am having the same issue. Not only that, my gf is also having disconnection issues at the same time, and she is playing WoW. I'm running the battle.net app, but she is not. And I know for a fact is not my internet connection.

If this doesn't get solved soon I'm going back to Magic online for a week or so or until this gets fixed. I'm also not going to spend any $ on hearthstone until this issue gets resolved.

I've been having the same problem since I got the key 3 days ago.

Can't play anything, lost 3 arena runs due to this issue, game is unplayable right now.

Same problem here. Nothing wrong with my internet connection, can play all other games with absolutely no connection issues. About every 3rd arena game or so I will get disconnected randomly and get a loss. I've wasted quite a bit of money in Arena thanks to this :(. It's one thing to beta test and to help Blizzard sort out these issues (which is what beta testing is for), but to lose money while doing so is totally unacceptable.

Wow almost a month since last reply and still no reply from Blizzard support. I wonder why this disconnect issue is of zero priority.

Yeah same issue here. Constant DCs. I understand if you're just laddering, but this happens no matter what mode I play, which obviously includes Arena. Nothing that costs people money should be doing this, or we shouldn't be counted as lost games due to it. This costs us money, Blizzard, and I don't see any of you giving it back.

I use a wired connection and I disconnect about 15-20% of my games, which makes arena RNG even worse. :P
I've tried port forwarding and using a VPN, neither seem to help. I have no connection issues at all with WoW.

I have the Same problem but it is when I leave the game alone without using my turn for about 5 minutes

This has been happening to me for about a half an hour now. I can't even finish a game. Seems to have just become an issue for me, as I had played for a good amount of time today without any issue.
