Installer Errors? This fix might work!

The following steps fixed my problem (NOTE: I received many different errors throughout this process so even if you don't have the same error, try this!)

These are the errors I remember getting:
*Failed to open a required file
*Something went wrong while opening a file
*Whoops! Looks like something went wrong

All-in-one fix that SHOULD work(You may have to do all of these):

1. Make sure Internet Explorer isn't set to Work Offline
2. Update Adobe Flash (It sounds silly, but it actually works)

3. All of these, in order:
a) Delete the battle.net folder in %ProgramData% (Hidden files/folders must be enabled for this to be accessible)
b) Launch D3/SC2/WoW launcher; let it update, then close.
c) Launch Battle.net/Hearthstone installer

4. Should work!

I had to enable showing of hidden folders (On windows 7, this is under the Organize tab on the left of Windows Explorer. The battle.net folder is in ProgramData, NOT %AppData%. Big difference, that was my problem.

I deleted my Battle.net folder and that's what solved the issue.

Ah yeah, thanks for reminding me. I'll add that to the OP.

The additional step of updating with another game's launcher seems to be unnecessary for a majority of issues, but was necessary for me.

Every time I try to delete the battle.net folder it says that it's open in another program. I made sure the app is closed and everything, but it still keeps saying it. Also, I can't open up individual launchers without them redirecting to the app. Any ideas?
