Nerf Unleash the Hounds. Broken.

Its nice to know I had complete board control until turn 6, never being hit by a minion and only hero power.

But check out this turn 6 combo
1. Play Timber Wolf
2. Play second Timber Wolf
3. Play Young Dragon Hawk
4. Play Young Dragon Hawk
5. Play Unleash The Hounds
6. Play Flare and remove my Vaporize

The total damage being 22

GG 20 damage on turn 6.

Who at Blizz got high and said "Lets give all beasts +1 Attack AND charge for a SINGLE mana?". Its so broken it should be hotfixed.

aside from some people not understanding what unleash the hounds does and/or trolling. I would ask that you not post these types of threads. they are not constructive and if you hadn't payed attention to the blizzcon hearthstone panel (which is on youtube btw) you would know they already plan on nerfing unleash the hounds, they just don't know how yet.

As it stands unleash the hounds requires the hunter to maintain board presence. probably my favorite sight in hearthstone is to see a hunter drop that buzzard and ry to draw into the combo turn 5-6 becuase he knows if he doesnt im gonna roll right through him

I enjoy the sight of them giving me a free board for 3-4 turns. Unless I got bad card draw the game is over at that point he just doesn't know it yet.

What board Presence? They don't need !@#$ on the board until they go off.

One year later and still broken as ever. Had this happen more times than I can count. I have full board control, 6-7 early game minions, turn 5, enemy drop Unleash the Hounds + Scavenging Hyena, 6-7 Hounds, either wipe my board or my health, after killing 1 off, drop Timber Wolf. Enemy has full board, plus massive hyena on turn 5. No counter play available.

Suggested counter play: Don't spam the board with so many minions vs a hunter, especially one who isn't doing too much or apears to be playing slow. they're probably luring you into something. Or save a silence or some removal. Either or works.

It's just like mage and flamestrike.

Hyena + timber wolf + unleash => turn 6 play.
Flamestrike - turn 7 play that also wipes your board and only needs 1 card as opposed to a combination of three.

you have any idea how much **** has to be prepared for that combo to be successful? you have any idea how many situations UTH is complete and utter garbage?

also, I'm guessing he had a charge rhino up for the young dragon hawks..?

let me guess, you had spammed a bunch of mechs and are complaining about someone pulling off a smart counter-play..?

No, it was 2013, and UtH gave Charge.

well, if you reallly,really? can't ever play around anything, this is gonna happen, it could be worse, you might have had to learn your lesson against flame strike XD
