Question - Paladin vs. Rouge
I'm a newly Paladin player and wanted to know,
assuming I go first and don't have a minion that cost 1, what is the best way to react after the Rouge played coin + Defias Ringleader in his first turn. I can't summon Reinforce because than he'll play the Dagger Mastery on it and gain early board control. I also will probably lose any 2 health unit I play to Backstab/Eviscerate.
Don't panic when this happens. It's a strong play but can easily be overturned. Here is a few examples of how to handle this situation and fast aggro in general.
*Slow-roll into a turn 4 Consecrate.
*Turn 3 Sword of Justice>attack into Scrub>Turn 4 buffed Senjin', Chillwing or other minion with some !@# meat.
*Turn 3 Earthen Ring. Recoups some health and gives a minion with stats enough to fight most early aggro.
*Turn 4 Equality/Pyromancer
Bluegill Warrior and Wolfrider can also be used as removal in Paladin decks.
Just remember that even though your opponent may come on strong with some early aggro. if you can steam the bleeding and clear the board efficiently you can always come back with heals(since thats a Pally strong-point)
Thanks and good luck.
Edit: Changed post to be about aggro in general as opposed to specifically Scrubbandit.

Pallys are weak in the early rounds and our hero power is junk without sword of justice (which is a waste of the swords buff) but if you can survive a few rounds with out losing to much health the pally healing will usually win out.
IMO the coin should not count towards combos but what ya gonna do.
