Should I play warlock and make a deck?
I bought some packs of cards and got Lord Jaraxxus with the lock. I want to know if you guys know any good build and if I should use some dust to build a deck (for the warlock). I heard some people say warlock is the worst class but I really like it.
Also, I have two golden cards I barely use (big game hunter, gold tauren warrior) I already have two tauren warriors without the gold card, so I am not sure.
I play Warlock much more than any other class!
They are low-average in constructed.
Personally I play all sorts of odd decks but even then I almost always include 2x Molten Giants.
Amazing for Warlocks.
Giant decks in general are pretty strong.
Mountain Giants and Molten Giants both synergize well with Life Tap.
Since I don't have Mountain Giants I usually use other decks, though.
Warlocks are quite decent at aggro, too, although definitely outclassed by Rogues.
Life Tap is an amazing hero power and Warlock's removal spells are really good.
Might wanna give Ancient Watchers a try if you like control decks.
Great Shadow Flame targets in addition to their use as taunts when combined with Defender of Argus or Sunfury Protector.
Warlock is not bad at all, it's just a double edged hero that takes some getting used to. Personally, I don't see any effective way to work a Jaraxxus into any deck though. It's basically a novelty card just for kicks and fun. It's nothing more than a fancy heal with super high gem cost, not particularly useful. I would drop the Jaraxxus and stick with the Warlock basics.
I would not dis-enchant a legendary unless you REALLY want a few minor cards. 400 dust is neat and all but legendaries cost 1600.
Plus the effects and such make it a really cool card.
I am sure you can build some kind of deck that would be fun.
Jaraxxus isn't so horrible that you should disenchant him, he just isn't a great one.
He's great at breaking stalls made by some silly Priest decks, but you often just lose if you play Jaraxxus when your opponent has board presence.
You only get relatively little dust for disenchanting a Legendary considering how hard they are to get, so I think that it's generally better to just save them in case they become really useful in certain decks in the future.
Barring some really silly joke cards maybe.
I wouldn't dust it, just because it's a really fun collectors item and the dust payout is SO LOUSY. Even if you got a 50% return, it would be worth it, but at 20% it's so not worth it.
What I would do is, work Jaraxxus into your casual play deck and leave it out of your ranked play deck.
BTW, is it a gold Jaraxxus or normal Jaraxxus?
