Nerf all card steal mechanics

Priests are just dancing around the fatigue with this crap.

Priests should not be GAINING to the total card count
you need to randomly burn a card for every card you steal.

or increase the mana cost

It's funny/sad because priest cards are generally worst than their opponents xD.. which often makes it a gain :D.

Mind Control is the only steal mechanic I even use anymore. The rest cost too much of what they call "tempo".
