Explosive trap

Hands down the best AoE in the game, affects the enemy hero aswell, the single way to play around it is if another hunter uses Flare( or if you just don't atack with a minion in his face..unlikely scenario).
An ET early wipes the board easily...it's too powerful.

I'm guessing you are new or you haven't seen Swipe, Consecration, Avenging Wrath, Holy Nova, Blade Fury, Hellfire, Dread infernal, or Abomination. An early wipe of the board is easy to recover from since you still have cards in your hands to play as well as option versus a late board wipe where you have very few options left open to you.

Seriously?! *sigh*

Adding to Pikadusk's list, Flamestrike, Lightning Storm, Blizzard.

The thing about ET is, it's not instant like other AoE removals, which means you can play around it if you want, a.k.a buffing your minions HP to be more than 2.... DoA, Shattered Sun Cleric...etc.

Unlike Consecration and other instant AoE removals, it requires some interactions with the Hunter himself, which means, if you saw an ET played by the Hunter, trade your minions and then activate the trap with the last minion, a.k.a 1 for 1 trade with an AoE spell = Win for you, unlike Consecration, Swipe, Blizzard which gets more than one trade.

And btw, your early minions are supposed to die, don't play them and expect them to last to late game, they are there to draw early removals so you can play your late game minions safely.
