Can't purchase packs.

I have the same issue. But I noticed I was able to buy the 2 packages instead of the full 40 deal.

Could this be because I don't have an Authenticator set up in the Battle.Net account?

Im from Brazil and getting the same error here... I believe the error is happening because there is no field to fill with the 3-digit security code that the credit card has in its back. Im trying to buy with Visa.

Im getting this error as well. It has something related with buying with local currency, at least i got this message on my phone from my bank sms service. Not sure how to fix it ...

Getting the same error code here in Brazil 10200244. As other Brazilians said previously the issue is probably happening because there isn't a field where we can provide the CVV code that is in the back of the credit card.

So, I was having this same problem today. I fixed it by CALLING the pre-paid card company and getting my mailing address attached to the card. Most cards do not have the option to do this via the web, so you actually have to call the company and speak to a representative. The number should be located on the back of your card.

It took about a half an hour for the information to update itself, but after that it worked no problem.

Make sure your Billing/Shipping address on your B.net account are the same as on the card, as well as the name. If your name is Steven legally and you signed up as Steve, make sure you use the same name on the credit card etc. Its simply an information problem.
