Some week ago I have been able to buy some packs but now, with same credit card I get error 10200244... really strange.
Blizzard, could you tell us if there's actually a bug correction or is it something specific to my/our account?

Hello guys, I find out the problem for myself!
So I didn't have a authenticator that's why I can buy only lesser then 10 euro, but if you connect an authenticator + delete all payment methods, then add authenticator + new payment methods it will work! Sorry for bad english skill!
Same thing happening to me using Visa , I'm from England.

I've got same problem here can't purchase cards. I did few days ago without any problem but now it's stuck at darkened screen of packs. Nothing else and after some time it just cancels with info "transaction expired". Only difference between purchase i did few days ago is that i bought just 2 packs and back then didn't had authenticator, now i have one and try to get 40 packs and it simply don't let me go through. Using same card as before Visa. Poland here.
Okay since there is topic relating to the payment issue, I'm going to post here. I recently tried to purchase card packs and as soon as I pressed the buy button - I got an error saying the payment did not go through. However, I instantly got a message from my bank account that the transaction was completed and my account was deducted twice?? My money went through twice but I do not see any balance in my BNet account!

Payment error code 10200244. First time Heartstone asked me for Security Code number and everything was ok but after that game dont ask me to write SC number and i get 10200244 error.

I got stuck buying an arena entry and then pressed back to try again but now it says that there is already a pending transaction...

I'm using my Visa Debit Card. $25 card and I was able to buy my first deck for 9.99 then I was going to purchase another and it said. Error 10200244. I went to my account and it said to download authenticator and then I would be able to buy more. Did so. Waited a day came back and tried to upload money to my account and says please pick another payment method. ( day 6 now ). Before you ask about the card. It's only been used 1x and that's to purchase Hearthstone card. Yes.. I have money left on card. Did account search on card. What to do???
Also have this problem.
After the crash of the HS I cant buy anything using my paypal account.
After entering the password screen goes gray and looks like this:
When I exit the screen and go back I have another transaction in progress or transaction timed out.
After that same loop goes again.
My card and paypal accounts are fine and work everywhere else.
