Is there any acknowledgement for the problems OSX users are having launching the game?

Whether this affects only a few of us or the whole lot isn't clear but it would be nice to get some sort of heads up that the dev team is aware, considering posts were made yesterday.

I tried to do live chat and/or open a ticket via the Battle.net Support site and the options were limited and, to be honest, rather farcical.

If you've got another Battle.net app installed, such as Diablo III, then update it first. The Hearthstone installer should then work.

https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/deleting-battlenet-files has a bunch of tips on how to reset the battle.net problems, but I've tried doing all the steps and still haven't had any luck: the battle.net beta download only gets to 65%, or gets up to 68%-70% and then goes back to 65. One time it finished, but it said there was an error in the download.
