Update (8:15 a.m. PDT)

Our latest patch has been released for the Americas region of Battle.net, and the PTR is now closed. Thank you once more to all those that participated in PTR testing, and welcome to the Eternal Conflict!

Our next major patch is rapidly approaching, and I wanted to take a moment to note that we are planning to bring the Heroes of the Storm Public Test Realm offline tomorrow, June 30.

Once the PTR closes, you will no longer be able to log in to the test realm until our next PTR phase. Thank you all very much for taking some time to give the PTR a spin during the past week. Your feedback and bug reporting have been very helpful.

Yep, the patch will be released in the Americas region of Battle.net tomorrow morning. Provided that everything is rolling smoothly, we'll continue deploying the patch for all regions throughout the rest of this week.

Like Johanna patch, extremely late in Europe... Sadly we are aparently not worth their time. But at least we GET the updates ^^

Blizzard is a company based in North America (California to be exact). So it makes sense that they would want to push new releases for a new game to their North American servers first in case of any hiccups.

"Apparently not worth their time" is really stupid to say when they are based in the US.

We <3 all of our players equally. We prefer to deploy our patches off of peak play times for each region, though. That way, maintenance affects the fewest number of players overall.

What happens if you purchase a hero in the PTR patch? I almost have 4k gold to buy Johanna, will she transfer over?

Uh no. You can't buy people in the PTR anyways.

while that would be a nice bonus, nothing carry over. the ptr "public test realm" is meant for testing an finding bugs.

their nothing wrong with playing it for fun but it not meant too reward anyone beyond making a better game an letting you get too play content sooner then normal.

Please fix matchmaking. Solo queuing as rank 6 playing with 3 players who just hit player level 30 vs an entire team of players under rank 10 with 1500+ games. Legit.
