Players in EU Region are getting Version Mismatch
We are currently working on an issue where players in the Europe region are seeing "Version Mismatch" when attempting to log into the game. We apologize for the frustration and hope to have this fixed soon!

This issue should will be resolved once the patch is live in all regions:
Rexxar purchased but unavailable
We are aware of an issue in which the Frostlord Rexxar bundle is purchasable from the in-game Shop, but the items it contains cannot be selected for use in-game. This issue should be resolved once today’s patch is released in each login region. Thank you for your patience.

Rexxar is not receiving experience after completing matches
We are investigating an issue causing Rexxar to not receive XP following match completion. Our Quality Assurance and Development teams are aware and working on a resolution. We'll provide updates as they become available.

We're currently aware of and investigating a few issues with today's live patch release. Some examples of what we're investigating:
Rexxar not showing properly in the store. Getting Version Mismatch after patching up to 13.3.37569 Unable to see "Apply Patch" at the Lobby screen (Where Kharazim is/used to be)
