Earlier this month, Naples Gamecon was the site of the StarCraft II World Championship Series Italy Nationals. Following five qualifiers hosted by ESL and Vasacast, the top eight Italian players went through to the Nationals event, each hoping to win one of the two available slots in the Europe Finals.

WCS: Germany Nationals

Following the Spain Nationals May 26-27, the next national event in the StarCraft II World Championship Series takes place in Cologne, Germany. The top 16 German StarCraft II players will fight for a $10,000 USD prize pool and four slots in the Europe Finals.
