Issue w/ after logging out for the day - the next day - the launch shortcut icon is missing from my desktop - I do not see a launch.exe icon within the dvd nor the file! "What Gives!" Oh - there is only the battlenet & techsupport launch within the file - still cannot play the game!

game wont let me play single player on my xp computer.will let me log in an play on windows vista on someone elses computer. it tells me i have to purches a full version of game.you need to fix problem.

I just finished playing Tactical Command. Awesome way of discovering how to use the strategic tactical armaments to successfully battle the Zergs.
I like the improved details in graphics. Scrolling of screen movement is very smooth. I also like the closeup zooming to a lower elevation at ground level to observe fine details of each fighting unit.

Um...no it's really not. There are a lot of different mechanics and abilities that make playing this quite different from the original. I'm not saying everything is new. But it's a far cry from identical.
You can zoom in if you want.

It looks almost identical play wise to the old one, albeit with much nicer graphics. You should have some sort of zoom out ability right on the main battle map, just like Supreme Commander does. Having to use the minimap is cumbersome.

The custom map list is still really inconvenient to navigate, and there's an issue with loading the multiplayer tab. Sometimes when you select it, the window it should display is blank.

I am already playing mine. I like the campaign, though I wish you could select if you play the zerg, prottos or terran campaing. So far, it is only the Terran campaign. I like the game though, it is freaking awesome. 10/10

@elcoco: That's because it's wings of liberty, and a terran-centric campaign. The others will be released in the zerg and protoss editions of the game in further years.
