StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty is now officially on sale, and we’ve put together a highlight reel covering some of the midnight launch festivities from around the globe. Gawd, I wanted to go to our midnight release here in Stockton, CA. Had school on the 27th, though >.< I picked up the game after school. My lappy's not awesome enough to handle it that well, but I'm working on that :D

Our local midnight launch wasnt that bad, but was nowhere NEAR the craziness in that video! I think we had 30 or 40 people maybe? I swear i never get to the line first, whether its black friday, SC2 Midnight launch or any other special store openings, some crazed person with nothing to do with there time sits there for like 18 hours or some crap. Kinda like "Vork" from "The Guild" when there new expansion came out sitting in his tent frying up trash to eat! lol

Hey Blizzard, thanks for the launch here at São Paulo, Brazil. Never saw that many people at a bookstore, went to event but got mine the day after, 4 hour line to get it :D Best phrase ever: 'Sorry the line guys, we couldn't know that many ppl would come !' by Blizzard Staff, ppl from São Paulo: AEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!

Waitting for expasion :D

Was out the door at 12:02am. Home by 12:14am. Installed/updated by 12:50. First (AI) game won at 1:15.

Folks, what a piece of work you guys created... Honestly I've never had so much fun in a game before (not even when SC1 came out!) The challenges are... well just brilliant and it gives new players and veterans opportunities to excel at the game. Is it hard to believe I already want The Heart of the Swarm to be released?

I wanted to attend a midnight launch so bad. However, I was able to purchase the Collector's Edition the next day, and they were fully stocked with them. However, the regular Starcraft 2 game was almost all gone. Just one copy was left on the top shelf. It feels good to have possibly bought the first Collector's Edition from that store. :D

Midnight launch at .... Wal-Mart. Just me, One guy that got a CE and two guys running floor cleaning machines in electronics. Dodged those guys, hopped over the wet floor, and was on my way home. =)

got mine in new york city the bronx went early waited like 3 hours
i was the only one there until 11:55 then only about 20 other people came i was like where the hell is the starcraft fanz at >.< then when i got the game my computer was missing the right video card >.< so yea i was pissed but the game is great!!!!!!!!!!
