You should allow new players to pick the language of game they want when buying. Portuguese SCII have a terrible translation, not to mention the voices are really annoying. I'll be joining the matches soon.

I do not believe this farce! StarCraft II is a strategy game and that involves sharing information with your allies. I don't speak Spanish and they don't speak English. At the VERY least give me a translator and I would thank you for an option to disable international teams!

oh and lest hope that blizzard will never link south Korea or we are dead.

I really hope they start linking more regions soon. I've got a friend in Europe and one of the main reasons I got this game was to play him. Sadly I did no research and had no idea we wouldn't be able to play together xD

Im Terran so no one respects me enough to glhf or gg when they lose... Im the only one gging when I lose.. They don't talk to me other then to call me names or OP so that's one barrier that Ill let stand. :D

Yeah, it's really cool to play with players around the world. Why don't Blizzard merge all region sooner :D

I'm ok with the opponent speaking another language, I see problems with teammates speaking them :/ unless somehow joining Latin American servers means more German speakers somehow XD

So, thanks to Regional Restrictions, the Latin America Region had too small a population and had to be linked to the NA Region to ensure those players could actually play. And this is something we "welcome"? Regional Restrictions is horrendeous, and the only thing I'll "welcome" is when there aren't any. There are no Oceans on the internet.

i like the idea of more competitors but the language barrers are the only for seable downside, ive played with a kid from panama but luckaly he could speak a little english

Wouldn't mind if our Real ID goes cross region, having to play on the US region if I want to keep my real ID friends list when they're playing wow, as I'm from the SEA region.

Blizzard is using a good and hugely played game like Starcraft 2 (dont play the other but i guess they would be just fine) to REALLY connect ppl of all sides of the world.
And that is beautiful! Socially and politically implicated! I love that!
And shame on u that are against any mix of language thinking the game will suffer a low on quality. All my life i had to know english to play any game. Why ppl get so stressed having to learn another language, just a few words. Please, stop racists comments and jokes. Why doing that, that wont change nothing like has been proved in history. Only understanding and cooperation can really make u feel comfortable with other that are not like u.
I can live with other and dont like, and u can too! Although i like many, many ppl!
