Patch 1.3.6 Now Live

StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty patch 1.3.6 is now live! This small patch features several bug fixes, as well as a tools update. Be sure to check out the full patch notes below to learn all about the latest changes.

Bug Fixes

  • General
    • Fixed an issue where using the Fun or Not system would sometimes cause players to be disconnected from the game.
    • Fixed an issue with the "Q" key being unusable in Mac's French Grid keyboard layout.
  • StarCraft II Editor
    • Fixed an issue that prevents using Value to set Player parameter in the Modify Player Property function.
    • Fixed an issue when using Unit Can Attack Unit Type function that could cause the game to become unresponsive.

StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty - Tools Update 2.1.2.2525

  • When downloading multiple patches concurrently, the launcher will now show the combined progress of all patches instead of showing the progress of each individual patch.

Yea i also had a problem with this patch where SC2 turns off right before the login screen. If that happens to you, check your firewall, because mine had to be turned off for the patch to download, maybe yours is the same.

Patch 1.3.7: Clan support please! Clan support should have at least:

-Ability for players to add/invite other players to their clan
-Battle.net clan manager (website page or ingame menu)
-Clan ladder system where clans as a whole are ranked vs eachother (The reason for clan manager, so players can create their clans)

@Jeod: this clans are out there, give them the power seriously. interesting things could happen with the game then. Mapmakers and big time players would be able to expand with communication with this as well.

@Neonex: Patch 1.3.6 is live... that means maintenance is over. I believe servers were down for a different reason today, but those were resolved. Follow BlizzardCS on Twitter for active updates on the servers/maintenance statuses.

Hey !

Very important notice here, since 1.3.5 and 1.3.6 my mouse cursor starts to disappear in the middle of my ladder matches ! Turns me crazy to have to minimize to bring it back.

Also I play on MAC and just got Lion, maybe you should check that out. I'm a high ranked Master player and I play with a Kinzu Optical mouse if that can help you.

@Burkules: you dont need a key, when you install it, just say that you already have an account and it will finish. Then, just log in as usual. It never asks for a key; the purchase is linked to your account. The only time it wants a key is when you create the account, so because you have one you dont need the key.

@Burkules: WodahS is correct Your can install it electronicly (bad spelling sorry :)) Head over to Battle.net main website and install it. But i Belive theres a 26 Didgit key

@SpaceBacon: To fix the login/freeze issue, I manually patched the game from The Battlenet website and it worked fine after that, its some issue with the auto patcher server being faulty at times after a new patch is released.

Blizzard there are a lot of probles on pach 1.3.6 ( I dont have them but tons of my friends anoy me about the Sc2 by asking if i can fix it. (Im the computer nerd from my friends lol ) just kiding about the nerd part but still THERE ARE A LOT OF PROBLEM FIX THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
