To better highlight some of these great creative works, we're featuring new player-made maps and placing them at the top of the featured custom games list in the game client for you to download and play. I changed the name of my map.

I made this map based on slightly modified Starcraft 2 units. Players face-off on a gridded battlefield with alternating zones. Elevated zones provide tactical advantages while non-elevated zones provide resource advantages.
My goal is to make this map so players experience some of the look and feel of a Starcraft melee game but are not overwhelmed by more experienced players due to an equalizing defensive FFA game play and some autocast abilities.
If spotlighted, I will be able to continue balancing and improving the map with the additional gameplay testing time.

Oh, one more thing. Don't listen to the brats whining about how they're not getting featured(I'm looking at a certain someone with the attitude). Featuring is special BECAUSE its such a low count of maps getting it. I think the system could use a little improvements, the sooner the better, but it's still an honour to be featured, and I think you guys should keep featuring maps you think are good!
