Balance Update - 5.10.12

You might have been part of helping us test the new balance changes coming to StarCraft II, and these most recent adjustments will be coming to the game very soon. What’s different is that, for the first time ever, they won’t be applied as part of a patch.
On May 10, after a brief maintenance period in each region, the following balance changes will take effect globally:
Protoss
- Observer build time decreased from 40 to 30 seconds
Zerg
- Overlord movement speed increased from 0.4687 to 0.586
- Queen anti-ground weapon attack range increased from 3 to 5
Again, to be clear, these changes will take effect after a short maintenance in each region is complete, and neither a patch nor any other special action will be required to experience them in-game.

terran gets nerfs every patch , this is just not rite.
Amazing patch for terran.
Zerg/Protoss simply want the game to be imbalanced so they have a chance of beating players of the same skill level without having to play a better game.
I have no problem with either observer or overlord patch. I do have an issue with increasing the queen range. YOU'VE JUST NERFED PROTOSS ABILITY TO SCOUT WITH A PROBE.
The entire point of this balance patch was to improve scouting no?
10 second earlier observer to compensate for 10 seconds lost probe scouting time.

it's available in the advanced structures after you have a cybernetics core built.
Not only will Terran all-ins not work, but Terran pressure won't work period. You need to be significantly better to perform the same as another race. I think I'll switch to Protoss since they are OP too.
1. Increase bunker build time to 60-70 seconds.
2. Increase Ghost Build cost to 300 min - 150 gas
3. Increase Queen starting energy to 50 - 75
4. Increase Raven build cost to 300 min - 300 gas
5. Increase Tech lab build time to 50 seconds
6. Decrease Collosus build time to 50 seconds
7. Decrease Protoss shield upgrade to 100- 100
8. Decrease Sentry cost to 50 minerals 50 gas
9. Decrease High Templar cost to 50 min 100 gas
10. Observer should not cost any supply
