Battle.net World Championship Series Tickets Coming Soon

The Battle.net World Championship event -- the culmination of the over 30 StarCraft II World Championship Series (WCS) tournaments, and home to the upcoming World of Warcraft Arena global finals -- will take place November 17 and 18 in Shanghai, China. With so many talented players competing to be crowned 2012’s world champion, we want to see faces from all over the world live, in the crowd, and cheering on their hometown heroes.
In the near future we’ll open up tickets sales for the event. Keep in mind, however, since we will be offering tickets through our Chinese website, some western payments may not be supported. If you’re determined to make the trip to Shanghai for the ultimate StarCraft II event, though, we want to help you out. We’ve given several of our eSports partners, as well as StarCraft II and World of Warcraft fansites a collection of tickets.
In the coming days you’ll find information on the following websites about how to claim tickets of your own. We’ll be sure to update this post as well when individual website ticket promotions are live.
We hope to see you in China!

I think that means that is their way of "helping us out". By giving it to others to then lotto off or give to some lucky winners... I will be going to Shanghai and hoping they have tickets at the door, hopefully...
I am guessing Blizzard wants to hold this in China because they want to stimulate the growth of Esports in China, to match the korean scene, which I find strange politically, because as a student in China I need softwares to help me continue watching Esports through the blocks of video streams, youtube, even the speed and reliability of the internet here is crap. I am wondering how that will work out in the tournament, especially now that internet is slowed down and many tunneling tools are blocked during the "congress meeting" in China.

If I had one wish, it would be to complain about the service, however, I am Canadian, when i emailed blizzard a while back a nice girl named Mary Y. told me that the US blizzard does not know anything about the Chinese branch. I agree that is confusing and I hate to say it, but i wish i was there to manage their company a bit better for everyone. I asked my friend from blizzard who told me they were selling them quick, this was about a week ago. But i could not understand where, i had to download a translator for the Chinese battlenet to find the truth out for myself.
Things like this happen, I love you all and hope for better days. If anyone from shanghai wants to Chill, let me know.. we can talk about the better days.
