Blizzard you guys are the best and i really could use some help finding out what went wrong.
The CE is quite high-end for a video game, in my opinion. If you play this game – since you're here, you either do or are likely considering it – do yourself a favor and BUY THE CE! $80 compared to $60 for Wings of Liberty is a fantastic deal!! You get the H.O.T.S. game, two WoL guest passes for your buds or budettes, and two more for WoW. The art book is hard-cover and EMBOSSED. Yes, you can run your little fingers over the Queen of Blades and feel her spines and hair and. . . ah, never mind. . .
Where was I? Oh, you'd likely agree the mouse pad, alone, is worth $20, if you're a hardcore SCII fan/player. Sure, the soundtrack case is cardboard, but give us reasonable people a break. Cardboard, particularly the type used for the CE, compares to super-duty paper or photo-stock: It has major information on it regarding the ORCHESTRA, yes, orchestra that performs the soundtrack, as well as MORE GREAT ARTWORK. What better material is there to print it onto?
The case it all fits into is also well made. It's the first embossed item you get to fondle, made of a 6.0 pound (with contents) layered super-duty combination of cardboard, paper, and plastic that results in a leather-like feel without a dead animal in sight. If you put in under your coat, you could be charged with carrying a concealed weapon.
"Fantastic value" is an understatement: This is a true "Class Act" production. An orchestra? C'mon. What will likely be next, seriously, is a movie series, probably made in Canada, like all the best sci-fi of late. Everything seems to be ready!
Skip, or at least temporarily reduce, buying whatever unnecessary drinking, eating, or smoking "treats" you normally waste money on, at least to accumulate the $80, and buy the SCII Collector's Edition. You will make yourself smile ;)
Far better than expected & no need to count 82, 82, and 82. . . 246 toothpicks. . . RaynMan

Great job with the HotS CE. My only complaint is the cardboard "case" for the soundtrack. I've seen them on a lot of music CDs, too, and they're just plain terrible. Go back to a full plastic case for Legacy of the Void.
Please.
I'll even pay a few extra bucks to cover your added production cost (yes, I hate the cardboard that much if for no other reason than it does NOTHING to protect the CD inside and it gets destroyed quickly)..
I know that the Digital Deluxe is a $20 upgrade from my account, but I'm more interested in the tangibles (soundtrack, art book, box, mousepad) than the in-game effects (of which 66% are for other titles anyway).
Is there any way to upgrade my purchase from base game to physical Collector's Edition?
Thanks,
