Profile Error :(

Hello Blizzard team .. sorry if i am bothering you or taking time, but i got a serious problem with my account.. i cant check my profile :( neither i can win achivements i dont know why, and everytime i want to check my profile this appears (message I swallowed a bug.
We seem to be having a little problem with our website, so we may experience some slight turbulence and then – explode.
Error ID: GN7D2) please blizzard team help me :( and thanks for the best game ever my character number is 797 name HkMax

I'm having a similar (or the same?) issue as Wireless. My account info is correct, and my in game profile is correct, but I am unable to view my current profile on battle.net I recently changed my name 'Silas' to 'SeaFarmer' however this change, has not been recorded on the website. My profile picture, name, and general information have not been updated on the website. I get the same error message as Wireless ^ when I click 'profile'.

I know it's not a huge deal, but it's slightly annoying and if it could be fixed that'd be pretty neat.
