Abilities:
- Computer Specialist (passive w/ active): Arty has an in-depth knowledge of computers & electronics; he can quickly identify what most software, hardware & code does and how to work with it, repair it or bypass it.
- Tech Maintenance (passive w/ active): Arty has a solid core of mechanic's training and is knowledgeable about how machines go together as well as how to repair or disable them.

Appearance: 5' 6", skinny, a bit on the pasty side from sitting in front of a computer too much, blue-green eyes with medium shoulder-length anime style hair dyed to match.

Background: The son of the one a local mechanic, Artemis quickly showed himself to be promising technician and programer from an early age, earning a scholarship from the Dominion for his skills. However, the recent war with the Zerg and upheaval within the Dominion from Raynor's Raiders has put any other accelerated schooling on hold.

Please note that while Arty's got some kick@ss non-combat abilities, he's never held a gun before. He's a support char, not a fighter.

Need to change the weapons and armor to something more up to date thought I had posted that in the prp will search for it once I'm done with this project. Also please stick to the history classes I put up earlier.

None of the history classes work for this guy... what's wrong with what I've got? I guess he could be a mechanic or scientist, but neither or those really fit him.

I changed the 'tech prodigy' part to computer technician, I hope that's a little better.

Civilian Engineer would probably be the best suited for the History bit. Cause people that work with computers are technically engineers. and again the following does not fit.

Ahh... I just double checked the class list, there isn't an engineer.

Don't know why I didn't think of this sooner:

Tier 2 weapons- You can have one main and one pistol and one melee
C-11 rifle Mk IV – This is a light weight low recoil semi-auto rifle that fires smaller slugs then the C-10 but with sharpened tips to pierce though weaker Zerg armor
T10 Pistol- check sc2 wiki
Torrent SR-8 Shotgun – check sc2 wiki
C-14 rifle (requires CMC armor or something like that.) Check wiki
Devil’s Tongue flame thrower – Seeming more like an oversized welding torch with a single tank strapped to the back of the user this weapon fires a large spread of hot napalm that can cook a zergling like a pig on the roast. The nozzle can be adjusted for different spreads and even can be turned into a welding torch for metal. The drawback of this weapon is the fact it is heavy and doesn’t last long with only one tank.
I am willing to use other weapons found in the wiki just run it by me first

War, you need a primary, secondary, and melee along with actual armor. Hence why all that's listed.

oh by the way. there shouldn't be a V in the HEV Suit. its supposed to be Hostile Environment Suit not Hyper-Evolutionary Virus suit.

Character name: Talia Jester. More often called Tal or Tals or Jester.
Race – Terran
Weapon – Torrent SR-8 Shotgun w/ flashlight, P-220 (it was a civilian cleared weapon and a crime boss used it, thought it was a good choice considering Talia's background), and a Stunner
Armor - Street Clothes
Misc. Items- Handheld fission cutter, duct tape, a lighter (only for the fluids), data pad, and a mining drill battery.
History – Civilian smuggler and arms maker.

Abilities:
Tranquil Toes- Talia is a light step from here many years as a smuggler, making her able to step silently about when she wants to.
Carrion Picker- There are few things that Talia can't salvage for parts, allowing her to be the three time jury rig champion.

Appearance – Talia has piercing green eyes that often have a distrustful glint in them. Her hair is long and brown, covered in grime, and most times pulled back into a messy ponytail. Her skin is a bit tan, but still very white Talia's body build is of an athletic physique and rather lithe.She is scarred in quite a few places and wears them like badges of honour, showing them off whenever she gets the chance. This woman is 5' 3"

Background – Talia was an orphan child, her father having died a few months before she was born and her mother giving up during childbirth, probably because her daughter was a greedy little !@#$%. Always the trouble maker the little girl in the orphanage, and usually ending up making ridiculous little things out of various materials, like a hairpin she stole from a caretaker, a few strands of hair she tore out of another girl's head, and a toothpick she built herself a little bow that she fired at other kids, whenever she hit them in the eye she would yell bulls eye. Yeah, lil' Talia was ^-*!ed up like that.

After her second time in trouble with the law at age ten and tired of being scolded by the caretakers and the other children, Talia grabbed a bag, stuffed it with most of her stuff, and walked out the door while no one was looking, leaving a suicide note and a bloodied kitchen knife behind, hoping it would keep them off her trail for a while. Not her best plan. Especially considering it was a suburbs filled with street gangs that she went off into. Yet somehow she survived. She could easily sneak around thanks to her small size, light weight, and practice at stealth for gathering her supplies making her somewhat quiet. She was able to live off the streets for a few days before she had first found out that someone was looking for her, or rather her body. Alerted to this the girl fled into the alleys for most of the time from then on out. After another week or so she finally ran into a few guys from a gang. Being so small and an early bloomer made this especially dangerous in Talia's case. At first she ran, using her knowledge of the crisscrossing alleys to try and get out into the streets as quickly as possible as soon as she was alerted to the men's intentions to hurt her, but they knew the streets better. Having the young girl corned she should have been easy prey. If she didn't have a god damn bomb in her backpack. Yep. A bomb. Having been bored all the time while in the dark alleys she needed something to do. And that something was a bomb. All she needed was two flashlights, hairspray, a ping pong ball, a tiny hour glass, and some nails for shrapnel. Although not scared at first, when she shoved the bomb in one guy's pocket, released the sand, and tripped him so he fell towards the other, promptly exploding almost immediately after he got up, they ran off.

Good for Talia, she did have only the single bomb.

These guys reported what the hell had happened to their boss, who immediately wanted to add this child to his collection of ruffians. Although she was young, she was one hell of an improviser and plenty scary. Approached kindly by this man, Talia, hesitant at first, accepted. After about a year and half, her lacking of a last name for her entire life she adopted her boss's, Jester. He was like a father to her, in fact, he did in a way adopt her.

Talia's stealthy ways also didn't go unnoticed, to add onto her possibility of becoming one of the best illegal arms makers , she would also become a very successful smuggler because of her silent movement. Quickly she adopted to the idea. Having smuggled money and drugs across many a border and a ton of planets. She was on one of these jobs when the Zerg infestation started on Ruusan.
