Razer Naga Mouse Problems

I have a Razer Naga mouse (The one with the number pad on the side). After this recent patch I can't create a control group using the numbers on the mouse and the ctrl key, but if I use the control key and the numbers on the keyboard it works.

Will there be a fix for this? Any known solutions?

I use the same mouse and am experiencing the same problem. I never had this problem before.

I agree, it was just this patch, perhaps its something to do with the minimizing the screen.

Hey guys, I am having this problem as well. The mouse seems to work just fine when I play world of warcraft on my mac and I press shift+any button on my mouse or control+any button on my mouse but no response if I do this while playing starcraft. In addition, the razor naga works just fine if I play starcraft on my PC.

I think this is related to the control-key issues we're seeing. For now, try this:

a) System Preferences>Expose/Spaces>Spaces Tab>set "To switch to a space" option in system preferences to "-"

or:

b) Disable Spaces all together in System Preferences

Then:

c) Using in-game settings, select the "Disable OS X function keys" option and accept

Thanks for the speedy reply,

I tried both of your suggestions and unfortunately neither worked. I'm glad it's an issue that will be receiving further ongoing address. It's frustrating learning to play a game one way (with the naga mouse) and then suddenly not being able to play the way your accustomed too. Hopefully this issue gets fixed quickly

I am experiencing the same problem. Pressing "command or shift" and the "1" button on the mouse does nothing but the "1" alone works fine.

Lucytr: I have a feeling this issue has more to do with 1.2.1’s attempt to fix a different control-key issue related to minimizing the SC2 window, since this was apparently introduced in 1.2.1.

I've tried those solutions as well and it's not working for me either Lucy.

Apparently, this is already at the attention of our devs. They have some Nagas to test with, and they've noticed the same behavior. At this point, we're treating it as a bug. I'm not aware of an ETA on the fix, but we are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. We appreciate your input, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may be encountering.

Additional feedback, it appears related to the control key issue, but not directly. We are working with Apple about this also.
