StarCraft® II

(Firefox) Can't log in to website normally

Whenever I try to log in to the Battle.net site, I submit my login and password and the page sits with the greyed "Login" button (which now says "Processing...") without doing anything. The same thing happens regardless of what I put into the e-mail or password boxes.

I'm using Firefox 6.0 and have tried clearing my cookies and cache with no improvement. I have succeeded in logging in to Battle.net through Internet Explorer or through the support page (https://us.battle.net/support/ticket/status). It may not matter, but my account has an authenticator.

Just figured it out. Apparently it's an issue with the addon NoScript and Firefox 6.0.

They should still be able to fix it in some way though, unless it's something that has be fixed with the no-script add-on. I have to use no-script to disallow flash to be run on the site in order to log in with the regular login page instead of the flash login dialog box. I've always had no-script. This only just stopped working recently.

Looks like this issue should be resolved with the latest NoScript (2.1.2.7). I saw in another thread that the login would work if you enabled Google Analytics, however that was one of the reasons I got NoScript. In the webpage that comes up when you update NoScript came up it said the first main good news item was Enchanced Google Analytics Surrogate. I tried to login again and it worked.
