I couldn't find any posts on this. It apparently is the most popular map on SC2 at the moment, anyone have a complete armor list?

Regarding your question, I strongly believe the list merely consists of what you can purchase at the shop on top of the immortal shields. The latter being obscenely powerful due to the hardened shields effect.

As for it being the most popular map, I don't see that being the case for very long. There's virtually no objective, and the gameplay remains nothing but auto-attacking your way through hordes of ability-less units for hours and hours until you get tired of it. The idea of getting your foes' weapons and armor as you defeat them is interesting, but there needs to be more meat around that bone, so to speak.

Hey i noticed a few glitches in the map, like you can mind control everything, and a zealot that is neutral. Anyone know how to contact the creator to fix these?

Hydralisk and UFO boss both do 1 dmg per hit with armory best armor.

And create more options for armor, i have no idea where the alien plate is and i've farmed immortals for 30mins+.

Kerrigan respawn timer long? Killed her with dimension blade.

Actually that's not all the stuff. I found a brutalisk spirit. c: So you can increase your damage/movement further. It's kinda cool. Just keep pressing forward, also there are alien motherships c: If you go further right past Zeratul. If you go up passed where there is an interesting path in the top right you'll meet the hydra. Cool stuff. c: (Just sharin)

Not hard to max out levels without hacking. Never saw any spirits drop; and there's no weapons from the Brood Queen or mothership boss. There was an attempt at a plotline but the english is broken and they seem to trigger randomly.

Not a bad half-finished (which is what this is) Alpha though.

I hit cap in a day, i simply do love this game. I also got the drops from the newly released bosses as of 12/21.. this game is certainly a grind fest though, could use a ton of bug fixes and a lot more ideas.
Would also love increase cap & protected bank files

Yes he does drop a sword. The sword's really good, but be careful. Right now there's a glitch where if you kill any of the bosses with zeratul's sword the boss never respawns. There's also no death animation for units killed by the sword. It just removes units from the game.

The Brutalisks sometimes drop the spirit in the zerg hive, but there's only that spirit so far that I know of. The mothership boss drops the same weapon as the other motherships around it, the purifier.


Overall, it has a lot of promise. I especially like all the different weapons. Judging by the screen we see when we make a new character, it's likely that the creator plans to have different classes in the full version. I'm getting sick of the reapers. Here are some issues I've noticed, along with some suggestions that might make the game more engaging and fun to play.

PROBLEMS

1.) It's way too easy to get bored quickly, mostly because it's a grind. I know it's still in alpha, but some quests would be nice, or some more dangerous units, like banelings that suddenly unburrow and attack when you get too close.

2.) It's so easy for noobies to get op guns from veterans. In many games I just see an advanced guy give a mothership or commando weapon to a complete noob. Although that's fun at first, it kinda leads to the game not being as engaging or "adventurous" in the long-run. Maybe make it so that people can't trade unless they've filled some prerequisite, or make it possible to get rid of the weapon only by selling it

3.) Minerals are absolutely worthless after the beginning. This is closely tied to #2. Mins are only used by new guys to get armor, IF they haven't already got better weapons for free. After that you get the best weapons from enemies, so I always just inevitably end up with a backlog of useless minerals. Also, they don't save.

4.) Shop is kind of pointless after the beginning too, for the same reason as the minerals. I recommend setting up different shops in different corners of the map. Maybe an Infested Shop that sells Zerg weaponry, or an Alien Shop that sells special potions or temporary buffs.

5.) The hardened shield simply ruins the game. It's so overpowered that once you get past lvl 40, no boss can kill you with it (assuming you have full shields). I don't want to get rid of it, but it needs to be somehow weakened. Maybe you could have it as a spirit instead that uses up energy. When you run out of energy, it no longer functions.

6.) Speaking of energy, right now if an enemy attacks you you don't regenerate energy at all until you aren't attacked for several seconds. I don't know if this is intentional or not, but I think it would be better to have energy still regenerate to encourage spell use in battles. Also we should have more energy, but it should regenerate much SLOWER.

7.) There should be some sort of cooling period for the stimpack ability, as well as a larger penalty. Right now higher level players can basically just stimpack all day without any worry at all.

8.) The attribute point system is chaotic, filled with random numbers. I don't even know how they're distributed or what the effects are. It would be better if we could distribute them ourselves. An explanation as to what each point in a category does would be nice too.

9.) There should be some minor penalty for death besides waiting. After all, we should be afraid of dying. Maybe the creator could make it so that each time we die we have to wait for longer intervals of time unless we go to some shop and somehow reset the time we need to wait. Or have some xp taken off.


These are just my ideas. Once again, I understand this is a beta. But I hope the creator sees this thread and/or addresses some of these issues.

Oh another glitch, if u mind control a unit, thats not a boss, it will return to its spawn point and continue to patrol even if u put it on hold position.

Just so you guys know- there IS a spirit drop in the game. It's the Brutal Spirit which drops off the Brutalisks in the Infestion Act 2. 15 more dmg, +7% speed and -15 energy I believe. I got it.

1) If a player leaves, it's easy to take control of his unit and jack everything from his inventory. No challenge.

2) Don't blink outside of the map. There's this WHOLE empty area, you can blink back in but if you go looking for secrets you won't find any.

3) Your minerals get lost at the end of the game. Not like it's important or anything because after a certain level you don't need it, but it's nice surprise after having accumulated 400k thinking you can use it for the next update.

4) Piece of virus and dead skin doesn't seem to do anything. There should be a quest where that !@#$ is collected and adds to the story. Like scientists need it to do studies or whatever...

I like this game but there are so many tweaks that need to be made. The scaling of all items, the availability of items, the effect of items, the difficulty, everything. Not sure why this is a popular map, because it's in serious Alpha stages.

also the blink out of the map thing is because the map is in progress.. not fully used yet..

Picking up the spirit items is kinda messed up. Sometimes it will go into my inventory, and other times it wont let me pick them up, anyone else experiencing this problem?

you can only hold 1 at a time, and that only 1 will go into your spirit slot

how do you get the alien gun and armor? im lvl 41 and ive only found the gun from the mother ships. which sucks..
