Ultralisk's Miss Against Kiting Stimmed Units

There is a problem with Ultralisks against, so far, Stimmed Marines and Marauders. When the the 2 units stim and run away, even on creep, when the Ultra reaches the unit and does its attacking animation, the unit doesnt get hit, in fact if the unit keeps running around and around the Ultra will only inflict damage about less than half the time it does its attacking animation, this is a unfair flaw of the game, which shouldn't not really be there, the unit should get hit.

Ya there are at less the Ultralisk and Dark Templars that miss their hit. If the Zealot have been fixed for the charge ability to do at less 1 times the damage, it should as well for the other units. |

It seems this isn't considered a bug by Blizzard, and I agree with them. Have you considered that the reason they miss is that they're too slow? The ultralisk and dark templar are just about the only units that use a scythe like blade attack. Why should it do damage if the units are fast enough to dodge it?
