Topic Stuck on system survey again

Login is stuck on system survey. Had this problem before and did the 443 fix. that fix doesn't work anymore.

I tried:
-repairing permissions
-deleting all blizzard preferences
-deleting Battle.net-patch.MPQ
-restoring from a backup image
-running my account on another mac
