Cursor works fine in windows, start game and game cursor does not move. If I move mouse around I can see it highlight options so I know it is working but invisible.

This is usually caused by adjusting the desktop icon size to largest, if you set it back down to normal the issue should go away.

I have the same issue with mouse cursor. desk top icon set to largest seems insignificant but what exactly do i need to do?

fixed it apparently it is the icon issue. click on your windows tab out of the game. type in DPI in the search bar, make sure the setting in this options window is at 125% or less fixed it right up
