i have a trial of McAfee for antivirus

Hey Asomejack,

McAfee is going to be the first suspect, so I would remove it completely with McAfee's removal tool. This is just a temporary test, and I would reinstall it afterwards.

If you reinstall McAfee or Titanium, you should have no problem with StarCraft II. I just think your previous installation of McAfee was somehow damaged or corrupted.
