Maphackers in GM

Hi there,
It seems like this phenomena is getting out of control, I can list a minimum of 7 GM on NA that are using maphack blatantly. I've reported them several times in game, via e-mail at hack@blizzard adress, etc and... they are still laddering. Just to prove my point and that I am not falsely accusing people, here is a replay of one of them: http://drop.sc/187309 You will see several peak threw fog or war since the beginning of the game, instant reactions to my build, avoiding to be scouted, attempt to proxy blindly on a 4 players map without scouting, killing proxy pylon while 0% of the map has been scouted on his part, etc. How can you guys let GM players like those be allowed for so long? I know it is your job to be banning in waves, but right now I feel like those are happening more and more and it is destroying such a great game. |

http://drop.sc/187482 Well Grubby is really that good, and Impa is really that bad. If Impa had just targeted his Probes or at least just kept them off the mineral line instead of chasing Grubby's Stalkers endlessly around the mineral line with Zealot as he was being hit by Stalkers he would have won because Grubby would have only had one or two Stalkers. It was like watching the AI play. He didn't split up his Zealots, nothing, just a ball of units on attack command. Nor did he start Warp Gate or build Stalkers as soon as he had 50 gas. To honest, I think I could have won in that situation too, probably not by the margin that Grubby did, but I think a lot of players give up because they figure Impa being GM must have some skills, even though he has none. Basically as long as you have one unit you can micro on the field vs Impa, you are good to go. So basically if you face this guy on the ladder, play it out, because he is really, really bad. |
here is more : http://drop.sc/186897 Omg. This is more than obvious! This looks like a custom game with an auto-blink ability when units reach 0 shield and start getting damage. This guy MUST be banned and who knows, he will probably buy a new account or play on friend's account, keep an eye on him haha. And Blizzard, whatch your game!!!! It's beeing hacked. Come on guys! Wake up! Stop looking and collecting info, start acting! Not only there are several hackers, but there are many bugs that should have been fix long ago. So what is going on? |

what a total piece of !@#$, actually just played this guy on ladder, didn't realize he was hacking until I saw the thread on TL and here. He has been reported. Thanks for the awareness.

Well the problem isn't so much that he has been reported. The problem is that Blizzard has done nothing about it. |
