StarCraft® II

I am just starting out and making my build order and I'm wondering how early in the game do I need to worry about a cloaked banshee arriving and annoying the crap out of me.

Based on the build times of buildings and units I think it would take at least 6 minutes. Maybe 15 seconds to get to my base so ..... 6:15 is the earliest I have to worry about cloaked banshees? I am assuming the cloak research time is the same as the banshee build time but I'm probably wrong.

I think i recall i saw video on youtube where someone had it at 5:30 ish but I can't remember.

So...... I'm asking the community, what's the earliest they're able to get a cloaked banshee arriving at the enemy base?

Cloak will finish at 7:30 with a normally timed banshee opener. With a gas first, maybe just before 7 minutes, but that's easy to spot
