Overseer Contaminate Change

Contaminate as it currently is: Halts production in a building for a set time.

New Idea: Do a set damage over time (50 health/shields?)

Pros: A new idea to play around with, does actual damage, forces opponent to react to the new threat.

Main reason why it's not overpowered: Can be repaired, cast range inside of turret range, doesn't do an outstanding amount of damage.

Possible Cons: Easily dealt with, have to take turret hits, notifies "Base under attack"

I'm new to new idea proposals, thoughts?

I agree that contaminate could use some kind of tweak since it is rarely used!

Why only 50 damage? It only targets structures, and structures have lots of health. Go bonkers with it!

Of course, Overseers would have to cost supply for this to work...
