Contaminate as it currently is: Halts production in a building for a set time.
New Idea: Do a set damage over time (50 health/shields?)
Pros: A new idea to play around with, does actual damage, forces opponent to react to the new threat.
Main reason why it's not overpowered: Can be repaired, cast range inside of turret range, doesn't do an outstanding amount of damage.
Possible Cons: Easily dealt with, have to take turret hits, notifies "Base under attack"
