[bug] Extremely long load times in 1.5.3

Since the 1.5.3 patch, every match regardless of 1v1 through 4v4 and FFA have had increased load times for all players. Those who claim to be loading fast oftentimes see an opponent or opponents loading extremely slow.

Everything takes extremely long to load. Can't even play any games on battle.net because of it. Any way to fix it?

Same for me, same for every one of my friends that play as well. They all complain about how long the game takes to load. Doesn't matter if it is multiplayer, solo, custom, pvai, anything. They all take forever to load, and it only started at 1.5.3.

This isn't a server issue, the game itself is loading local resources extremely slow for no good reason.

We're talking reading game resources at a max of 5MB/s on hdd's that can read these files at 100+MB/s
