Topic Liberty Campaign Thinks I Cheated?

I'm going for Brutal Completionist and when I completed "Shatter the Sky" mission, I got a message saying that I cheated and all acheivements are disabled. Why is this happening?

I used those cheats and it did the same , so I guess you use those cheats but they come at a cost for losing achievements.

I didn't use cheats though. I loaded to a previous "belly of the beast" victory save and did the mission again. However, battle net still messages me that I have cheated. I even checked my internet connection to see if I'm online. Is this some sort of bug? Do I need to complete "All in" first?
