So with the most recent patch notes, Blizzard renamed the Battle Hellion the "Hellbat," clearly an amalgamation of Hellion and Firebat. While this makes sense given the Battle Hellion's similarity to Firebats, I think it creates a few problems. Husky mentioned in his patch note video the issue of simplicity, and confusing new viewers with extra names for things, especially (in this case) having 2 names for the same unit.
My solution is simple - the unit is just called the Hellion, all the time. But, like the Viking, Siege Tank, and Swarm Host, it has two modes. The WoL mode can be called "car mode," "speed mode," or whatever else; and call the walking mech mode "Battle Mode." This way it is always clear that the Hellion is only one thing, with two forms. It's a simple solution, but I think the best available.
