Zerg is ridic in GSL Code S

9 protoss in >>> 2 out
14 Terran in >>> 6 out
9 zerg in >>> 8 out

1 zerg doesnt make it to Ro16. 1!!!

why is it HT warp in storms get removed after a few weeks of qq
same goes for ghosts snipe and emp

but for some reason, infestor/spine wall/BL doesnt change when it is CLEARLY imba. even watching Code S, the highest skilled tourney of sc2 in the world, isnt FUN anymore. i used to think GOMTvT was bad. this is just plain lame, blizz.

cool post bro. why should anyone not complain about a broken game? especially when one wants to see it succeed? go back to youtube and type your forum memes there instead.

did you say something? didn't know diamonds knew how to play the game.

Currently sc2 is going through a phase where its either going to make or break this game, the devs attention is on HoTS and money where as the community wants change.

If they dont deliver their game will be ruined, if they do, well then that makes a happy player base and spectator base which will benefit the game drastically.

My advise is dont watch or play this game anymore until they nerf infestors, until then, keep posting your frustrations as the power of numbers is greater than how much money one has in their pocket (Blizzard).

To be a little fair, most of those Zergs are high level, versus a couple lesser-known Terran and Protoss.

Life, Curious, Leenock, DRG, Symbol, HyuN. The only questionable Zergs in my mind are Soulkey and Sniper.

Let's also note that Rain, who's generally been a pretty strong player, didn't participate in his group, skewing the results there a bit. HyuN could have easily been dropped out of his group had Rain been there. MVP is still most likely suffering from his wrist injury or whatever. TaeJa didn't have any Zergs in his group.

It's almost like one round of a tournament can have very extreme results whether the game is balanced or not.

if youve been noticing any tourneys of late, it's been zvz fests from quarters all the way to finals. it's almost like you havent seen many tournaments in the last 2 months.

Let's see, there was MLG. Care to list the rest?

Edit: and looks like RSL will be a ZvZ. So 2 ZvZ finals over 2 months is a lot?

that's actually not too bad, looking at the reality of current balance (zerg benefiting from tons of buffs they only got because they din't know how to play their race when the game came out) ......it's actually surprising there are only 8 Zerg in the round of 16...

wait until a few more zerg learn to play (Idra, for example, still hasn't...compared to other pros of course) and we'll see how many T or P make it into the round of 16...

oh well wahtever, let's see how WCS goes, kinda curious to see whether any P or T can at least dent the recent zerg dominance

Funny because when terrans had similar results zerg and protoss were screaming for nerfs to terrans for the same reason.

So, let me get this straight. In Ro16 there is:

8 zerg
6 terran
2 protoss

And somehow that makes zerg ridic[sic]? (The word is "ridiculous" by the way).

You're NEVER going to get an even 3-way split in the Ro16. 3 Doesn't go into 16. There's always going to be a discrepancy. I guess in a perfect world you'd have one race with 6 and the other two with 5, but the reality is it never works like that (and even of it did, someone would be crying OP about the race that managed 6). Having 8 zerg and 6 terrans looks pretty reasonable actually. Protoss looks to be under-represented, but we'll see who makes it to the Ro8.
